1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using EverythingConvert.com, related pages, conversion tools, account features, paid features, or donation links, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. What Everything Convert provides

Everything Convert provides file conversion tools for PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, images, audio, video, GIF files, and related formats. Some tools run locally in your browser; some current or future tools may use server-side processing, third-party libraries, cloud infrastructure, or Pro-only processing.

Conversion results depend on your browser, file structure, fonts, embedded media, encryption, scanned images, OCR quality, table layout, and third-party conversion limitations. We do not guarantee perfect formatting, layout preservation, data extraction, OCR accuracy, table detection, or compatibility with every file.

3. Your files and rights

You are responsible for the files you select, upload, convert, download, or share. You must have the legal right to process those files and to create any resulting converted files.

You must not use Everything Convert to process content that violates copyright, privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, export controls, court orders, or any applicable law. Do not upload highly sensitive information unless you understand the risks of using an online conversion service.

4. Accounts and authentication

You may need an account to access certain tools, Pro features, higher usage limits, billing settings, or administrative functions. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove access if we believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, security attacks, automated scraping, excessive load, policy violations, or illegal activity.

5. Free usage limits and Pro access

Free users may be limited by conversion count, file size, tool type, browser storage, IP-derived usage identity, or other anti-abuse controls. Pro users may receive higher limits or access to advanced features such as enhanced table detection, batch processing, larger files, or priority workflows.

Usage limits, pricing, Pro benefits, supported formats, and tool availability may change as the service develops. We may introduce, modify, pause, or remove features at any time.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and donations

Paid plans, subscriptions, donations, invoices, refunds, and payment methods may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Payment provider terms and privacy policies apply to payment processing.

Unless a separate refund policy is posted, paid access is provided according to the plan details shown at checkout. Donations are generally voluntary support and may not create subscription access unless clearly stated during checkout.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to upload, convert, transmit, or generate malware, phishing content, stolen data, illegal content, exploit code, spam, harassment, or material that violates another person's rights.

You must not attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, overload infrastructure, automate abusive requests, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, access accounts or data you do not own, or use the service in a way that harms other users.

8. Intellectual property

Everything Convert, including the site design, branding, logos, user interface, source code, documentation, and service organization, is owned by Everything Convert or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or present the service as your own without permission.

You keep ownership of your own files and content. By using the service, you grant us the limited permission needed to process files, operate the requested conversion, provide downloads, troubleshoot issues, enforce policies, and improve service reliability.

9. Third-party services and links

Everything Convert may rely on third-party services such as Supabase, Google, Stripe, Vercel, browser APIs, CDNs, fonts, and open-source libraries. Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, availability limits, and security practices.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for external websites, payment pages, third-party policies, or content outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect conversion quality, permanent availability, or that converted files will be suitable for a specific legal, business, medical, academic, financial, or technical purpose.

You should review converted files before relying on them. For critical documents, keep backups and verify formatting, text, formulas, tables, images, and metadata before use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everything Convert will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, corrupted files, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, caused service disruption, abused free limits, or used the service unlawfully.
